Patrick Henry (1736-1799), Virginia Governor signed land grant for Nathanial Evans, March 22nd, 1785. Land grant for 1000 acres in the County of Fayette (now the State of Kentucky). Partially printed document signed "P. Henry" lower right with and a paper covered wax seal lower left. Document dimensions: 13 1/2" x 17 3/4", glass frame: 17" x 21". Provenance: Gatlinburg, TN collection. Condition: Separations and losses at fold intersections, signature unaffected.
