Three (3) German WWI and WWII swords including two German Imperial Prussian swords and one WWII German officer's sword. Items 1 and 2 – Two German Imperial Prussian swords with scabbards including a nickel finish cavalry example having engraving on the blade including, "In Treue Fest" and the other a Model 1899 unengraved example. Model 1899 38-1/2" length with scabbard, cavalry example 37-1/8" length with scabbard. 3rd item – German WWII Army officer's dress sword. Red glass eyed lion head pommel/oak leaf decorated back strap and reverse "P" knuckle-bow. Political style eagle/swastika on crossguard/langet. Black bakelite grip. Curved blade with engraving and marked "Eickhorn SOLINGEN" at base. Stamped "Ges Gesch" on underside of guard. 39-1/4" length with scabbard. Provenance: A.R. Dickey Estate, Knoxville, TN Condition: Model 1899 German sword with degrading leather around guard, minor oxidation at base of blade, scabbard with loss of black paint. Cavalry example with light green oxidation to nickel finish of guard, cracks to bakelite handle, point blunted, minor losses to paint on scabbard. German Nazi sword with one separation of bakelite handle near end, scabbard with paint losses.
