Lot 4: 2 Chinese Snuff Bottles: Hair Crystal and Glass Realgar

Two (2) Chinese snuff bottles, including 1 Peking Glass red and yellow mottled example imitating Realgar with a jadeite lid and plain oval foot, 2 1/2 in. H., and 1 Hair Crystal example with a jadeite lid and molded ovoid foot, 2 1/2 in. H. Both 20th century.

CONDITION: Overall good collection. Small round area of imperfection on “realgar” bottle. A couple of pinpoint sized imperfections to one side of crystal bottle. Hair crystal stopper cap affixed with museum putty. Stoppers may not be original.
