1st-2nd items: Pair of bronze and brass eagle carriage lanterns, torchiere form with open wing figural eagle finials above four glass panes and two brass doors with swagged elements below the top and to the base. Converted to electric. 28 1/2″ H x approx. 8 1/4″ W. American, 19th century. 3rd-4th items: Pair of Gothic revival bronze and colored glass wall sconces, paneled form with off white/amber and red glass panel and shaped bronze base. Both are wired and fitted with light sockets. 15″ H x 6″ W. American, 1st half 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Knoxville, Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: 1st-2nd items: Overall good condition with expected wear and oxidation. Lantern is bronze, spindles are brass. Wired for electricity but not tested for functionality. 3rd-4th items: Overall good condition with expected wear and oxidation. Not tested for functionality. One pane of off white glass with crack.
