Pair French tole decorated green ground urn-shaped lamps, the bodies and tole shades painted with vignettes of landscape and water scenes, each with lion mask side handles, short columnar base, and double sockets with silk cords. 26 1/2" and 27 1/2" H to top of shades. Shades: 10 1/8" x 15 1/2". Early 20th century. Provenance: Nashville, Tennessee estate. CONDITION: Finials do not match. Line of wear around one shade. Surface grime. Scattered paint losses.
