1st item: Ansonia ship's bell clock having circular brass case with hinged glass lid, Arabic numerals and Ansonia mark printed on paper dial mounted to brass plate, raised on an associated wooden stand with felt lining. Clock: 7" dia. x 3 1/4" D. Overall: 9 1/8" H x 7 7/8" W x 3 1/4" D. 20th century. 2nd-3rd items: Two (2) brass kerosene ship lanterns, including one (1) navigation onion lamp with red glass having hinged loop handles to top and bottom; and one (1) lamp with clear glass, stamped "MAR. 18. 78/…NOV.20.77" to inner rim, raised on a circular brass stand. Navigation lantern (with handles): approx. 17 1/4" H x 9 1/4" dia. Clear lantern (with handle): 13 3/8" H x 4" dia.; overall with stand: 14 3/8" H x 5 1/2" dia. 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Patricia Kiegel, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: 1st item: Scattered oxidation and surface scratches to brass; toning and scattered foxing spots to dial. Clock not functional at time of inspection. 2nd-3rd items: Both items with scattered oxidation, surface scratches, and minor denting throughout brass bodies. Navigation lantern with minor area of wear to glass.
