Provenance: The living estate of Dr. and Mrs. Benjamin H. Caldwell, Nashville, TN. CONDITION: Bound in decorative cloth over boards. Some fraying at the extremities. Interior in very good condition. All plates present and in very good condition. completely collated. Very slight foxing to two plates and a half inch tear to one leaf not affecting plate.
