1st item: Chinese silver export overlay flask, prunus blossom decoration. Underside of lid marked STERLING, base marked SOLID SILVER with additional character marks. 6 1/4" 2nd item: Chinese miniature silver metal bixi or tortoise-mounted stele. Top of stele with relief dragon decoration and inscriptions, center of stele with chased dragon decoration and Chinese characters and tortoise with chased and relief decoration. Two character Chinese mark to oval base. 6" H. Note: Silver test inconclusive. 7.605 troy ounces. Both items late 19th/Early 20th century.
