Pair of carved camphor wood Asian Temple Lions or foo dogs with polychrome and parcel gilt decoration. The opposing pair features one lion with its paw on a smaller lion; the other with paw on a pearl, each has open mouth and is seated on a rectangular base with carved fish, wave and flaming pearl designs. 13"H. Chinese, 20th century.

CONDITION: Some generalized wear and shrinkage cracking; white moisture stains to bases.
