Pablo Picasso (1881-1973), Masque (A.R. 310), earthenware tile depicting an abstract visage/face with hues of green, blue, white and matte black, two color border, and partially glazed. Marked verso: EDITION PICASSO 22/300 MADOURA. Framed in a modern molded walnut frame with cream linen matte. Tile size: 7 7/8" H x 7 7/8" W. Framed: 11 3/8" H x 11 3/8" W. Note: Conceived on January 27, 1956 and executed in a numbered edition of 300.
PROVENANCE: A Nashville, Tennessee Estate.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Light surface grime and discoloration to matte.
