Two (2) Carriage Clocks with Alarms, including Maynard & Potter, Boston. 1st item: Maynard & Potter, Boston, brass clock with white enameled face with black Roman numerals, sweep second face below, beveled glass front, four lobed feet and top handle. Back door with seven sided pierced decoration, numbered "41", interior, marked "Made in France" on exterior. Brass movement unmarked. Does not retain key. 5" H x 2 3/4" W x 2 1/4" D. 2nd item: Brass clock with white enameled face with black numerals, sweep second face below, beveled glass front, sides, top, back door, four raised feet and top handle. Brass movement, back marked "S/750". Does not retain key. 5 1/2" H x 3 1/4" W x 2 5/8" D. Both clocks Late 19th/early 20th century. Provenance: Estate of Martha Lyman, Dayton, TN. CONDITION: Both items: Overall good condition with general wear to brass. Not tested for functionality. 2nd item: Series of hairlines across top of enameled face.
