Caldwell & Company. 1st item: French Brass Carriage clock having a white enameled face with black Roman numeral chapter ring, beveled glass windows on all sides and a brass framework. Initialed R A near the top and marked "France" en verso. 4 3/4" H x 3 1/2" W x 3" D. 2nd item: French J.E. Caldwell & Co brass carriage clock, marked on the porcelain face "J.E. Caldwell & Co/Philadelphia", face with foliate gilt brass surround and center, beveled glass windows on all sides and a brass framework. 5" H x 3 1/8" W x 2 1/2" D. Both clocks Late 19th/early 20th century. Provenance: Estate of Martha Lyman, Dayton, TN. CONDITION: Both overall good condition with general wear to cases. Neither tested for funtionality. No keys present.
