French Empire Style White Marble Clock & Associated Pair of Marble Garniture Urns. 1st & 2nd items: Pair of French Empire style white marble garniture urns, each with gilt bronze mounts, including a berry finial to the lid, floral swag and bacchus mask decoration to the body and a round foliate base, all on a square marble plinth with bun feet. 12 3/4" H. Late 19th century. 3rd item: French Empire style carved white marble mantle clock with gilt highlighted and carved decoration including an urn finial, rosettes, flowering urn and swags and resting on bun feet. Fitted with a bronze clock dial, works numbered 130. Fitted with an ebonized wood base and glass dome. Clock: 17 1/2" H x 8 1/4" W x 5" D. Base & Dome: 19 1/2" H x 10 1/2" W. Late 19th century.
CONDITION: 1st & 2nd items: Some scattered errant marks to marble, both lid undersides with minor chipping, one corner of base with chip. 3rd item: Old repaired breaks, repair and restoration to urn on clock finial. Scattered chipping to corners with overall scattered wear and some scattered shrinkage. Clock is not functioning, no pendulum, escapement door absent.
