Emile Louis Picault (French, 1833-1915) bronze sculpture titled Memoria, depicting a young maiden writing on a scroll with inscription on a tablet above her head. Signed on the side of the base "E. Picault". 11 1/2" H x 4 3/8" D x 5" W. Late 19th/early 20th century. Provenance: Estate of Martha Lyman, Dayton, TN. CONDITION: Old repaired break to left arm, not mounted onto a base. Spotting to figure's left shoulder.
