Large and heavy Neoclassical style sterling silver centerpiece bowl, round, with swept flared rim adorned with chased cornucopias and applied ribbon cartouches, reeded edge with applied foliate and ribbon decoration, plain center, on a round stepped foot. Marked Sterling 5160 15 1/2 on underside. 15-1/2" diameter x 4"H. First half 20th century. 49.27 oz troy. Provenance: A Nashville, Tennessee collection. Condition: Overall good condition with some small, minor dents to foot and some scratching to center.
