Serial # B99003185C/ pp E. FR # 2306. Julian/Morgenthau signatures. 2nd item: Japanese government-issued Philippine 1 peso note, depicting the Rizal Monument, left. Serial # 52/0494342. 1943-45 Series. No signatures. Provenance: the collection of the late James A. Newman (Nashville, TN, 1892-1964).
