Two (2) Fumio Fujita (b. 1933) Japanese woodblock prints, the first depicting a grove of trees with leaves silhouetted against a landscape; signed, dated 1978 and numbered 3/150 lower right. Housed and matted in a black frame with gilt edge. Sight – 21 1/2" H x 15 3/4" W. Framed – 29" H x 23" W. The second print depicts a flock of birds or geese flying over ten bare-branched white birch trees, with mountains in the background. Signed, dated 1977 and numbered 91/200 lower right. Housed in a silver-gilt molded frame. Sight – 15 1/2" H x 11" W. Framed – 21 3/4" H x 17" W. Provenance: the estate of Dr. Sidney Fleisher, Nashville, Tennessee. CONDITION: Overall excellent condition with minor wear to frames. Not examined out of frames.
