Seven (7) Carl Sublett (Tennessee, 1919-2008) architectural ink on paper sketches or drawings depicting historic Knoxville houses, rendered in sepia tones. All titled, signed, and dated between 1964-1965. Six additionally signed and titled in pencil en verso. Depicted buildings include Blount Mansion, L&N Station, Bell House School, and houses on Clinch Ave, Cumberland Ave, Temple Rd, and North Central St. Ranging from 10 3/4" H x 14" W to 13 1/2" H x 16" W.
CONDITION: All in overall good condition with toning to paper. Minor wear to some edges from previous tape and handling. Blount Mansion drawing with moderate foxing throughout.
