South American .900 silver covered dish, hand hammered, of circular form with lobed cover having a round lobed finial handle together with a conforming body, supported on 3 caryatid legs depicting mythological creatures. Impressed marks E GUZMAN and 900 to underside. 9" H x 10" Diameter. 54.07 oz troy. Mid 20th century.

PROVENANCE: Private collection of a Nashville lady, received as a gift from the President of Guatemala.

CONDITION: Overall very good condition with minor light wear and scratches.
