Pair of oil on panel French genre paintings attributed to Jean-Andre Castaigne (French/American 1860 – 1930) both depicting courting scenes. One initialed mid right margin "AC". Housed in gilt and carved wooden frames. Sight – 14" H x 8 3/4" W. Framed – 18" H x 12 7/8" W. Late 19th/Early 20th century. Condition: Crackelure, some rubbing to edges of paintings.
