1st item: Delft blue and white rectangular meat platter with canted corners, the center decorated with a Chinese style bridge landscape with bamboo and flowers, and scrolling foliate decoration in the exterior border. 14 1/2" H x 18 1/8" W. 2nd item: Circular Delft blue and white charger, the center decorated with a Chinese scholar figure in a landscape, surrounded by alternating vignettes of figures and foliate patterns. 13 1/2" dia. 3rd item: Round plate with blue floral decoration, underglaze maker's mark to underside. 10 1/4" dia. All items Dutch, 18th century or earlier.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Raymond White, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Platter with chips and slip loss around the perimeter edge of the work, overall scratching, fleabite losses, and surface wear; a few hairline cracks, one significant through the center, approximately 10". Serving platter with chipping to perimeter; light craquelure; one hairline crack visible in the center, 3"; and hairline cracking on the reverse side. Plate with some chipping and wear to perimeter and base.
