Charles Roger “Red” Grooms (Tennessee/New York, American, b. 1937) signed Ruckus Taxi, 3-D lithographic construction depicting a yellow taxi with a driver in front and passenger in the backseat, with rates listed on one side, “Ruckus Angels” motif to the trunk, and “Atom” to other side. Signed “Red Grooms” in marker to top of cab; possibly a later signature, outside the numbered edition of 75. “Red Grooms 1986” printed copyright to lower right edge. Accompanied by a protective plexiglass case with black base. 10 in. H x 14 1/2 in. W x 4 in. D. Case: 12 1/4 in. H x 18 in. W x 8 in. D. 1986.
