14K yellow gold cable chain necklace and diamond pendant, featuring a 16-inch, 1.5 mm cable chain suspending a 14K white and yellow gold teardrop pendant centering a pear-shaped fancy light yellow diamond measuring approximately 11.35 x 6.67 x 3.7 mm, weighing approximately 1.68 carats. The diamond is clarity-enhanced and fracture-filled, graded approximately I1-I2 clarity. Surrounded by twenty-four (24) round full-cut white diamonds. Pendant and chain XRF test 14K. Pendant stamped “US Copyright.” Total weight 6.5 grams.
