1st and 2nd items: Pair of Barr, Flight and Barr Worcester porcelain miniature urns, each with flared rim, double snake head handles, and square plinth base; green ground with handpainted scenes from "The Minstrel" by James Beattie, with verses printed in puce on underside: "Edwin of Melody aye held in thrall, from the rude gamble far remote inclined", etc., marked London House, Coventry Street. 4-1/4"H. English, circa 1830. 3rd item: Handpainted porcelain pastille burner, attributed to Derby; conical form with flame finial and square base, handpainted; 4-7/8"H. Unmarked, circa 1830. Provenance: the collection of Stephen and Lisa Steiner Small, Nashville, Tennessee, both pieces purchased James Labaugh Antiques, New York (receipts retained). Condition: Worcester Urns: Some wear to gilt, especially at rims and snake heads, and some tiny foot rim chips; one handle restored. Pastille Burner: Restored break to finial; sealed hairline to interior, hairline on base. Light wear to gilt and abrasions to blue ground.
