Pair 19th century porcelain Neoclassical style 3-arm candelabra, with tapering square, gilt-striped shafts adorned with handpainted bouquet vignettes and supported by griffins atop octagonal bases, mounted and wired as electric lamps. Marks not visible; possibly Old Paris or Meissen Marcolini period. 23"H. Provenance: the collection of Stephen and Lisa Steiner Small, Nashville, Tennessee. Condition: One candleabra with top candlecup repaired, wear to gilt; the other with discoloration/possible restoration at base of shaft. Both are currently functional as electrified lamps but wiring is old; should likely be rewired.
