Gebruder Deyhle .835 Silver four (4) piece tea service with Reed & Barton silver-plated tray. Includes teapot, coffee pot, sugar bowl and creamer, all with lobed bodies and acanthus overlay handles, all marked for Gebruder Deyhle, .835 fineness, with German silver hallmarks. Late 19th to early 20th century. Together with an American Reed & Barton Victorian Pattern silverplated oval tray. No monograms. Pot height 11". Tray 22" x 16". 57.42 weighable oz troy.
PROVENANCE: The estate of McAlister W. Anderson, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall good condition. Finials on pots are loose. Creamer has one deep 1/4" dent. A few other minor scattered dents. Pots lack ferrules. Some scratching to tray.
