Two (2) Japanese Shin-hanga prints. 1st item: Shiro Kasamatsu (Japan, 1898-1991) woodblock print titled "Moonrise at Nezu Gongen Shrine, Tokyo". Dated in the left margin, circular publisher's seal lower left image and artist's red rectangular seal lower right image. Titled in pencil "Nezu Shrine" lower left margin and signed "Shiro Kasamatsu" lower right margin. Unframed. Sight – 14" H x 9 1/2" W. Matte – 17 7/8" H x 13" W. 2nd item: Harumitsu Utagawa (Japan, fl. ca. 1930) woodblock print titled "Moon on Cherry at Goten-Yama, Tokyo". Two red seals and inscriptions upper right in image. Housed in black wooden frame, label en verso. Sight – 15" H x 10" W. Framed – 18 3/4" H x 13 3/4" W. Both 20th century. CONDITION: 1st item: Unframed. Slight toning to paper and matte. 2nd item: Overall very good condition.
