Signed lower right and housed in a giltwood frame. Sight – 8 3/8" H x 11 3/8" W. Framed – 12 1/2" H x 15 1/2" W. CONDITION: 1st item: Relined. 9" area of inpainting lower right corner near tall plant, scattered inpainting lower left corner and 3" area upper left, sky area. Minor scattered flaking with overpaint along the upper left edge. 2nd item: Excellent condition.
