1st & 2nd items: Pair of landscape watercolors on wove paper, likely Chinese, both depicting seaside homes atop mountains with bridges and fisherman on a boat. Inscriptions with red seal to upper left corners of both. Housed in wood and gilt painted frames. Sight – 9" H x 6 1/2" W. Framed – 11 1/2" H x 9" W. Late 19th/Early 20th century. 3rd item: Japanese print depicting two spotted deer with Fall leaves. Signed with red seal lower right corner. Housed in a wooden gilt and lacquer frame. Sight – 15 3/8" H x 6 1/2" W. Framed – 23 1/4" H x 13 5/8" W. Late 19th/Early 20th Century. 4th – 7th items: Grouping of four (4) Asian watercolor/gouache works on rice paper, most likely Chinese. Subjects include a bird with large feet, butterfly with morning glories, a red parrot with raised foot and a butterfly with pink flowering branch. All housed in matching black painted frames. Lot also includes a Chinese silk embroidered textile, the center panel depicting cranes amongst flowering branches with a bat and shou symbol border. Paintings measure overall – 11 1/4" H x 13 1/4" W. Images range from 5 1/4" H x 7 1/2" W to 6 1/8" H x 9 1/8" W. Textile measures – 20 1/2" H x 9 1/2" W. Items 4-7 all 19th century. CONDITION: Overall toning to paper to first 3 items, otherwise overall good condition. 4th – 7th items: All painting with some tears and darkening of paper. Scattered abrasions/losses to frames. Textile with some fading, stains, tears/losses.
