A Japanese sterling silver presentation tray, oval form with a foliate border. The underside is stamped "Miyamoto-Shoko/Sterling Silver" along with the company hallmark. The top with presentation engraving reading "Furukawa Aluminum Co. Ltd., Tokyo, Japan / This plate is presented to Mr. James C Post in recognition of his achievement and contribution made for the growth of this company and in remembrance of the service during his incumbency as Director and Vice President from June 24, 1959 – August 28, 1964. K. Uyematsu, President". 18 3/8" H x 35 1/2" W. 91.090 troy ounces.
CONDITION: Overall good condition with light surface scratches. Retains the original green presentation and storage case.
