1st item: Chinese Famille Rose porcelain vase, baluster form with flaring rim and figural foo dog handles. The front with polychrome decoration depicting a female with four young boys in an outdoor setting with character marks to the upper left and the verso with additional character marks and red seal mark. 16 5/8" H. 2nd item: Chinese Famille Rose porcelain ginger jar, the front with polychrome decoration depicting four females and one male in an outdoor setting with character marks to the upper right, and the verso with flowering branch and ruyi decoration with additional character marks and red seal upper right. Fitted with a wooden cover. 11 3/4" H. Both fitted with hardwood stands. Both Late 19th/Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Chattanooga, TN collection.
CONDITION: Both items in overall very good condition. Lid to ginger jar with chipping to lower edge.
