Six (6) Porcelain pieces including Fruit Coolers, Potpourri, Davenport Compote, Pearlware and Sevres style urns. 1st item: Davenport scenic porcelain oval compote with molded, pierced and green-painted foot and border and gilt trim, hand painted landscape depicting ruins and a couple walking on a nearby road. Marked on underside "Davenport Longport Staffordshire" with mulberry crown mark. 2 1/2" H x 11 1/4" W x 8 1/4" D. 2nd item: Potpourri, oval form with hand painted decoration of birds and gold trim, two gilt handles, atop a quadruped, serpentine stand with patterned gilt base, unmarked. 7 1/2" H. 3rd item: Sevres style, possibly Samson, miniature porcelain urn with ram's mask handles, polychrome handpainted floral sprays and gilt trim. Interlaced L's mark with date letter "F" (likely spurious, possibly late 19th century). 4 3/4" H. 4th item: Small polychrome pearlware urn with hand painted roses in a gilt trimmed rectangular reserve on a lime green ground, two gilded loop handles, round foot. Incised circular mark to foot reads "…Patent China". 5 1/2" H. 5th and 6th items: Pair of English porcelain fruit coolers with polychrome handpainted floral garlands on a pale apricot ground, bands of stenciled gilt grape leaves at upper rim and concentric raised gilded circles at foot; gilded lion mask handles. Unmarked, lacking lids. One with old staple repairs. 7 1/8" H. All items first half 19th century except noted. CONDITION: 1st item: Overall very good condition. 2nd item (potpourri): lid – wear to gilding. Body – one handle broken and repaired, regilding to rim. Stand – repaired cracks to upper ring with overpainting; wear to paint on legs. 3rd item: Overall very good condition. 4th item: Repaired crack at rim/handle, overpainting to gilt rim and foot, some wear to enameling. 5th and 6th items: One cooler with 1/2" rim chip, extensive cracking and multiple old staple repairs, the other with some minor chipping at foot, both with wear to gilding.
