Anderson Johnson (Virginia, 1915-2000), paint on found board, possibly cardboard, portraits of brothers, John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy, each depicted in a plain black suit against a white background, each signed "A Johnson 1994", housed side-by-side under glass in a simple black frame and black mat. Sight (each): 13 1/4" H x 12 1/2 W. Framed: 18 1/2" H x 31 1/4" W.
PROVENANCE: The collection of Ronnie Steine, Nashville, acquired separately at the Outsider Art Fair, New York, c. 2008.
CONDITION: Overall excellent condition.
