Possibly signed in basket weave of trough. Signed and dated in gold "EB 1896" back of charger. Green stamped maker's mark J.P./L. France. 15 5/8" H x 14 1/2" W with older wire hanger. Late 19th century. CONDITION: Very good condition with minor surface grime.
