Four (4) decorative gilt items. 1st item: French gilt bronze cartel wall clock with pierced Rococo style case surrounding a white porcelain dial with black Roman numerals and gilt bronze hands. Works marked "AD Mougin Deux Medailles" and numbered "1249" and "52". 21" H x 12 1/2" W. Late 19th century. 2nd – 4th items: Three (3) piece gilt bronze garniture set, Rococo style, comprised of a clock and two candlesticks. The clock with floral frame surrounding a hand-painted porcelain plaque of a female and cherub finial atop a square columnar base with figural birds, porcelain dial with gilt bronze center marked "Manufactured by Ansonia Clock Company/New York/United States of America" and Ansonia Clock Company works. Clock flanked by matching single candlesticks with hand-painted porcelain plaques depicting musical instruments. Clock – 12 1/2" H x 4 3/4" W. Candlesticks – 7 1/2" H. 15 lbs total. Late 19th century. Provenance: Estate of Lynn Scholl Renau, Louisville, Kentucky. CONDITION: 1st item: Overall very good condition. Clock works not tested or guaranteed. 2nd – 4th items: Overall good condition with general overall wear to finish. Clock works loose in case but functional.
