Group of small Asian silver table objects including Chinese Export Silver. 1st item: hand wrought open sugar bowl with bamboo style handles and repousse prunus decoration in high relief; gilt washed, hand hammered interior, maker's mark SS with additional illegible character mark. 2"H x 3 3/8"D. 2nd – 6th items: Small lily pad form compotes (2 round, 2 oval), raised on round, bent wire pedestal stands, and a hanging lily pad form tea strainer, all with maker's marks KMS with additional Chinese Character marks, all monogrammed OW. Compotes 1 1/2"H. 7th through 12th items: Individual salts in the form of miniature baskets, with applied grape and leaf clusters and glass inserts (7 extra glass inserts are included). All with maker's marks KMS and additional Chinese character marks, 1 7/8"H. 13th -15th items: Salt or condiment pot with glass liner and small spoon and 2 salt shakers, all except spoon having engraved dragon design and marked WK .90, measuring 1 1/4" to 2 1/4"H. 16th through 23rd item: 8 individual salt or pepper shakers, each of oval form with six lobed sides and raised prunus branch and dragon or character marks, all marked KMS with additional Chinese character mark on underside and monogrammed OW, 2"h. Combined weight: 28.39 oz troy. Provenance: the estate of Mary Alice Clements, Nashville, TN. Condition: Damage and oxidation to tops of several salt shakers, otherwise all items in excellent condition.
