Pair of German Black Forest carved wood roe deer head mounts, both with inset brown glass eyes, painted and stained accents. Illegible pencil description to the base of one. 22 1/4" H x 9" W x 10" D. Late 19th/Early 20th century. Provenance: The estate of John Donnelly, Nashville, TN. CONDITION: Minor scattered abrasions, minor cracking behind one ear on each head. Minute red paint transfer to one.
