Chinese carved clear fluorite lidded censer, the lid with two graduated tiers of six handles having elephant and foo dog masks, the body with three pierced foo dog with lingzhi mask handles, terminating in three claw feet. Includes a triangular form hardwood stand with pierced decoration. Censer: 7 1/2" H (w/ lid) x 5 3/4" dia. Overall with stand: 9 1/4" H. Chinese, 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Williamson County, Tennessee collection, acquired in California.
CONDITION: Overall good condition with natural fissures. Some breaks, areas of loss, largest 3/4", to handle rings and rims.
