French Empire mahogany and gilt bronze shelf clock with works by Medialle Argent, 1889, L Marti. Works also marked "Made in France". Mahogany veneer case with bronze urn, clock face and dial, fret work front panel, and feet. Retains key, not checked for functionality. 15" H x 7" W x 4-1/4" D. Late 19th century. Provenance: Estate of Judge W. Dale Young, Maryville, TN. Condition: Overall good condition with losses to veneer. In working order.
