1st-5th items: Grouping of five (5) mocha-decorated yellow ware mugs with band, raised or sponge decoration. Ranging in size from 2 7/8" H to 4" H. 6th item: Large mocha-decorated yellowware pitcher with sponged seaweed decoration. 6" H. 7th-11th items: Grouping of five (5) decorated mochaware mugs including banded seaweed decoration as well as two with raised crest design and impressed IMPERIAL. Ranging in size from 2 1/4" H to 6" H. 19th/early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Illinois Collection.
CONDITION: 1st-5th items: smallest mug with fleabites to rim. Small mug with cream and black bands with hairline and chip to rim. Largest mug with wear to rim and chip to base. 6th item: Overall very good condition, slight fleabite to base. 7th-11th items: All with scattered use wear including fleabites to rims. Largest mug with old repair to body. 2nd largest with hairline and chipping to rim.
