Diminutive American storage chest, possibly a spice chest, with brass tack decoration including a compass star on the top and a figure on the front. Interior fitted with a top compartmented gallery over a plain interior, brass handles to sides and bracket feet. 12 1/4" H x 20 1/2" W x 11 3/8" D. 19th century. Condition: Some overall expected wear, losses to feet.
