Stevengraph or silk bookmark memorializing George Washington, "The Father of His Country," along with a bronze peace medal: "George Washington, President of the United States 1789." Both cased in acrylic. Both probably circa 1900. Provenance: Estate of A. Welling LaGrone Jr., Nashville, Tenn. Condition: Small holes at top of bookmark, light stains. Medal in very fine condition.
