Grouping of ten (10) pieces of Rabbitware or Rabbit Stick Spatter pottery plates, including: nine (9) plates with rabbit decoration to the centers including six with frogs, all with brightly colored sponge decorated floral rims and one (1) large platter with transfer rabbit and frog decoration to the center and brightly colored sponge decorated floral rim. Smaller plates measure: 9 1/4" dia. Platter measures: 12 7/8" dia. All pieces English, 19th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Illinois Collection.
CONDITION: All pieces in overall good condition with light wear, a couple with crazing and a few with fleabites to the rim. Platter with some crazing and one hairline visible verso, approx. 2 1/2" L.
