Depicts George and Martha Washington together with their adopted children, George Washington Parke Custis and Eleanor Parke Custis. Housed under glass in a giltwood frame. Sight – 27 3/8" H x 20 3/4" W. Framed – 32 " H x 25 3/8" W. 2nd item: Colored lithograph titled "George Washington. First President of the United States." lithographed and published by Nathaniel Currier, New York, circa 1840. Depicts a three-quarter view portrait of Washington seated at a desk against a dark blue curtain backdrop. Housed under glass in a wooden frame. Sight – 11 5/8" H x 8 5/8" W. Framed – 16" H x 13 1/8" W. CONDITION: 1st item: Overall good condition with toning, areas of dampstaining. Not examined outside of frame. 2nd item: Overall good condition with toning/mat burn.
