Seven (7) pcs Dr. Wall style Worcester polychrome and parcel gilt porcelain items in the Chinese inspired Bengal Tiger or Dragon in Compartment pattern, depicting alternating panels of foo lions or dragons and precious objects. Includes one (1) teapot, one (1) round plate with scalloped edge, two (2) teacups with two (2) saucers, and one (1) small oval tray. Ranging in size from 2 3/8" H x 4" W x 3 1/4" D to 7" H x 10 1/2" W x 5 1/4" D. English, 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Tina McWhorter Trust; from the collection of John and Tina McWhorter, Memphis, Tennessee.
CONDITION: All items with some scattered wear to gilt decoration, scattered wear and scratching to polychrome decoration, minute fleabites to base of one teacup.
