Victorian sterling silver oval form kettle with half-ribbed body and spout, ebonized handle and finial, attached by hinge to oval frame stand with four paw feet and oval burner. Burner, frame, and kettle marked "London, 1886-87", and maker's mark "T" over "HH" (possibly Thomas and Henry Holland), 12" H (including stand) – 35.965 oz troy. Provenance: the estate of Margaret Wemyss Connor, Nashville, Tennessee. Condition: Overall very good condition.
