Lot 296: Turkish Oushak Carpet, 9' x 8'

Turkish Oushak carpet, wool on wool. Overall ivory field, the center with stylized medallion designs, and five primary borders including one wide border with stylized medallions. Woven in ivory, brick red, blue, pale gold, and green colors. 9' 9" x 8' 3". 20th century.

PROVENANCE: Private Nashville Collection.

CONDITION: Some minor fading to colors. Overall very good condition, even pile wear.
