Currier, 2 Spruce Street New York. 14" x 9-7/8", unframed. Condition: Land grant: Trimmed, with tape remnants and 2 holes at fold lines, light foxing. Jackson's signature is bold but slightly faded and crossed by a tape line and fold at the edge of the A. Print: Small margin tears, overall toning and light fading.
