One vellum page, dated June 1, 1829, granting Glover Smart of Callaway County, Missouri 80 acres in the District of Lands offered at St. Louis, Missouri. Paper seal in lower left corner. 9-3/4" x 15-1/2". 2nd item: Andrew Jackson, Seventh President of the United States, lithographed and published by N. Currier, 2 Spruce Street New York. 14" x 9-7/8", unframed. Condition: Land grant: Trimmed, with tape remnants and 2 holes at fold lines, light foxing. Jackson's signature is bold but slightly faded and crossed by a tape line and fold at the edge of the A. Print: Small margin tears, overall toning and light fading.
