Grouping of sterling cordials plus porcelain demitasse cups with sterling holders and saucers, 28 items total. 1st-4th items: Four (4) Gorham silver cordials, having flared rims and round bases. Maker's marks, Sterling, and 571 stamped to underside of bases. 4 1/2" H x 2 5/8" dia. 5th-28th items: Twenty-four (24) piece assembled demitasse cup set, comprised of eight (8) Lenox porcelain cups with gilt rims; eight (8) sterling silver reticulated or solid cup holders, four (4) marked for Matthews Company, two (2) marked for Gorham, and two (2) unknown; together with eight (8) sterling silver saucers, including six (6) Matthews Company, monogrammed with script "DL" and two (2) M. Fred Hirsch Company. All silver items stamped "Sterling" to underside of bases. Holders with cups ranging in size from 2 1/8" H x 3" W to 2 5/8" H x 3 1/4" W. Saucers ranging in size from 3 5/8" to 4" dia. Combined weight: 19.445 total weighable troy ounces.
CONDITION: All items in overall good condition with normal surface wear. Some items monogrammed (see description above). One porcelain cup with fleabite to rim with 3/4" radiating hairline. One porcelain cup with remnants of 1" paper label to lower body.
